Vermilion Pleasure Night バミリオン・プレジャー・ナイト , or VPN was a short-lived Japanese 25 episode late-night variety and comedy skit show on Japanese TV from July 2000 – Dec 2000. Created by Yoshimasa Ishibashi and starring Ann, Hanako Katagiri, Makiko Shinohara, Rio, Aya Kawahara and Kayoko Fujita, the show mixed animated and live-action segments (often parodying TV series) and had recurring segments such as, The Fuccons フーコン・ファミリー and One Point English.
One Point English spoofs English lessons to the extreme! You’ll find one of the Vermilion Pleasure Night gals dressed up as an over-sexed geisha who teaches “risque” English pick up lines that Japanese people would be hard pressed to find on their textbooks such as ‘I give good head’ and ‘I’m feeling hornier than a bitch on heat’!!
