In 1969 Maruzen petroleum company 丸善石油、 (now Cosmo コスモ石油株式会社) advertised its petrol stations with snazzy TV commercials ” Oh! Mouretsu” which made then 23 year old Japanese model/actress Rosa Ogawa 小川ローザ hugely popular.
