Ribbon Bra TV commercials from Japan
A hit TV commercial last summer in Japan was the Uwasa no Ribbon Bra うわさのリボンブラ (literally “rumor ribbon bra”) from Japanese bra manufacturer Lalan (Wacaol). A series of ads featured slightly surreal, addictive-to-watch dance, and of course — in a very Japanese way — charmingly cute models. The songs by Haigou Meiko and Eri Umehara, were also popular for their bizarre lyrics and slightly retro pop feel. “I will protect your bust” is just one of the gems!
