Retired Japanese gravure idol amd Jpop singer Reiko Kato (Reiko Katou)  かとうれいこ was a very popular idol between 1988-2001 The busty G-Cup beauty from Saitama prefecture appeared in 10 gravure photo albums and 13 image DVDs as well as 14 TV commercials and  releasing 14 Jpop singles and 10 music albums.

She started as a gravure idol uner the name Yuuko Hoshino in 1988 but changed to Reiko Hoshino in 1989 and then Reiko Kato in 1990.   The next year 1991 was her breakthrough year when she became the 1991 Clarion image girl and till 1993 she was the top gravure idol in the field.

From 1990-2001, Reiko also enjoyed a successful Jpop era releasing 14 singles in 10 albums. She also appeared in various TV dramas and also on radio.  In 2001 she married a professional golfer and retired from the showbiz scene.  She gave birth to a baby girl in 2003
