Look like a gaijin party accessories
For Japanese attending a costume or Halloween party there are lots of cosplay options. Dressing up as some crazy foreigner (gaijin外人) is also possible with all these cheap and wacky party aids accessories. These are from the “Hello Gajin-san” set.
Gaijin in this context is for Westerner but Gaijin can apply to any non Japanese.
