Japanese soul train Soul Tunnels


Soul Tunnels ソウルとんねるず was a popular Japanese TV version of the famous American TV dance show Soul Train. It featured real dancers and great music but also Japanese comedians and judges dressed in Afro wigs. The show was broadcast in 1991 and 1992. The participants had to be at least 30 years old and knew 1970s disco music. MC Hammer, then one of the biggest figures in music industry frequently appeared on the show.
