In the US when they think of Japanese models, they probably think of Playboy model Hiromi Oshima, and Playboy model Maya Sakura.

As beauty is customized for local audiences, both Hiromi and Maya have become much more Americanized in their look and appeal to cater to Gaijin fantasy.
