Japanese ganguro babes promote cho very good comic
In August 2006, Japanese magazine publisher Tokyo Sanseisha started publishing a magazine aimed at the otaku market that combined Japanese style comics called manga and gravure (bikini) models. The magazine called Cho! Very Good Comic! costs under 1000 yen.
The magazine does feature more of the very tanned Ganguro bikini models (but unfortunately not of the now retired Juno) if you like dark skinned Japanese girls.

They used to have some youtube videos on Cho very good comic but they took them down. Can you find some of those vids, the gals were all dark skinned babes
