Hi question, you stated that “First names ending with -ro, -shi, -ya, or -o are typically male whilest names ending in -ko, -mi, -e and -yo are typically female.” so what about names ending in -ru and -na? Are they considered as unisex or is it not typical in japan for names to end in -ru or -na?

I’d really appreciate it if you helped me out on this because I have three names I’d love to use as a guys name where hes mistaken as a girl just cause of his name. But I want it to be a unisex name or that its mostly only used for girls.

P.S. Maybe giving that full names would help you help me so here, Mikuru, Haru and Asahina. Also sorry for writting you a huge essay like thing I have a tendency to do that.
